Jarcom Technologies Repair Procedures
- Client may proceed to buy the service and a downloadable "ServiceOrder.pdf" is available upon check out. (Kindly print out and fill up this form and attach with your laptop when you ship to us as this will serve us our agreement). Note: Kindly ship using UPS or FEDEX for safer shipment.
- Clients who have questions about the ServiceOrder.pdf may contact us for additional help or verification.
- Our Certified laptop technicians will work on your machine within 24 hrs upon receipt, and when ALL PARTS ARE AVAILABLE.
- Upon completion of work, we will contact customer(s) via phone or email and provide photos of finished product.
- Our turn over time is 3-5 days. We do priority work but we will charge additional $35.00 for machines to be finished within 2 business days.
- We will charge $18.00 to ship back the machine to the owner.
