Step 1 : Remove all covers and screws
Step 1-a: Remove plastic cover and screw
Step 2: Remove LCD Plastic Frame
Step 3: Remove the screws from LCD brackets.
Step 4: Remove LCD
and lay flat on the keyboard.
Step 5: Carefully remove Data/Video cable from LCD socket.

Step 6: Remove screws from LCD
inverter board.
Step 7: Remove Remove the power connection (usually pink/white or blue/white combination-wires).
Step 8: Put some cushion on the keyboard before installing the NEW LCD, then
carefully connect video cable to socket as well as connectors to inverter board.
Step 9: Retrace back until all screws are fastened to the LCD
brackets. At this time you have to test if LCD is properly connected by inserting power plug in the
DC powerjack and power up the machine. As soon as you get the proper video display then power
down the machine and replace the LCD frame.
